Delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. When you see the logo below on a product sheet, it means that your order will be delivered to the carrier within 24 working hours. If this is not the case, we will automatically offer you a gift voucher for €10... do not hesitate to ask us if you forget.

All our products are shipped from France. Shipping times depend on the country of delivery,

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery but  EnModeRugby offers FREE shipping on every order over 86 €.

Return

Our standard returns period is 30 days : you have 15 legal days + 15 days offered by EnModeRugby to return the items to us for exchange or refund. On request, we can sometimes accept the return of products beyond the 30-day period.

On free paper or on the delivery note, specify whether you want a refund or an exchange. In this case, indicate the desired exchange (sizes, colors...).

In most cases, unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return
