6. Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee
Exchange or refund: if an item is not suitable, return it within 30 days, it will be exchanged or refunded. In the event of an exchange, we offer you the cost of reshipping unless the item in question is on sale. DIn this case, we will ask you for a fixed contribution of 7 € to the redelivery costs.

7. Exchanges or returns
Return costs borne by the customer in the event of withdrawal. In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, the return costs will be at our expense.

8. Right to retract
