How to choose the right size
First of all, don’t measure the foot in the morning. It often swells during the day because of the heat and your activity. To choose the right size, it is therefore better to do it at the end of the day.

1. HEEL TO TOE LENGTH
Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against a wall. Stand on the sheet with your heel against the wall. Mark where your toes stop with a pencil.
Then, measure the distance between the end of the sheet of paper and the mark taken, and compare with the size chart above. If you are between sizes, take the next size up.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
To take your measurements correctly, you will need a tape measure (see the drawing below).

1. Top of head circumference
Wrap your measuring tape around the top of your head. Place it above the forehead, almost at hair level.

Wrap your measuring tape around your head, but this time placing it just above your eyebrows and at temple level.

3. Length from forehead to chin
Take the measurement from forehead to chin, placing the tape measure at the side of your face.

4. Side length
Measure from the top of your head to your chin, placing the measuring tape on the side of your face. Write down all your different measurements and look at the helmet size that fits you in our table.

How to choose the right size
To measure the garment size, follow these instructions:

To choose the right size, place a flexible tape measure around the chest, and hold it horizontally .

2. SIZE
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, holding the tape horizontally.

3. HIPS
Stand and keep your feet together. Take measurements at the widest level of your hips, holding the tape horizontally.
